Can I make online payments?
Yes. Select Make a Payment from the main menu. You’ll need your policy number and zip code. Once entered, you’ll be prompted to enter your payment information. This comes in handy if your auto-payment didn’t go through (think expired credit card or shortage of funds in your account).
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept debit and all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. You can also opt to have payments drafted from your bank account.
Will Swyfft automatically bill me?
Yes. We will automatically draft the credit card or bank account you provided when you purchased your policy. You can choose to be billed monthly or annually (at renewal). Another option is to have your mortgage company pay your policy premiums out of your escrow account. Auto-payments make life easier - you don't have to think about it, or waste money on stamps.
Will I receive a bill in the mail?
No. We will not send a paper bill or payment reminder in the mail. We will send you an email with your annual policy renewal. This cuts down on operational costs, creating savings that we pass on to you.
How do I update a credit card or checking account set for automatic billing?
