The Claims Process
1. REPORT
To file a claim, head over to swyfft.com/claims or you can call us 24/7 at
877-799-3389 x 1.
2. RESPOND
Within seconds, you'll be provided a claim number and adjuster information. If emergency service such as water removal is needed, we’ll send service professionals and notify you immediately. By using a Swyfft Repair Pro (see below), for emergency repairs or services, you incur no cost, even if the repair amount is less than the deductible or it is determined your policy does not provide coverage for the repairs. If we send them out, we take care of it.
3. REVIEW + TRACK
You will receive an email with a link to the Swyfft Claims Portal where you can manage your claim. You can upload photos, receipts, and communicate freely with our claims professionals.
4. ASSESS + RESOLVE
If needed, a field adjuster will come out and assess the damage. The information will then be reviewed by our inhouse adjusting team who will work with you for a fair and fast resolution.
5. REPAIR
Upon resolution, either a Swyfft Repair Pro or a vendor of your choosing will repair the damage. By selecting one of our certified Swyfft Repair Pros, all work is of the highest quality, backed by a 3-year warranty and covered at the amount of the estimate.
*We fix it, we pay for it. Even if it's later determined the damage wasn't covered under your policy. If a member of our direct repair network does the repair work, it's covered.
